Fun class for moms and their children. Great way to combine workout with family time! BOOKING/PARTICIPATING IN CLASS MEANS YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO THE FOLLWING STATEMENTS: Media Release Statement I give my permission for photographs, videos, or any media footage that includes myself/my family to be used for promotional purposes on any form of Mayne Attraction Studios advertising. Liability Release Statement I understand that classes involving physical activity (dance/fitness classes) present a risk of physical injury or illness. As a result, I acknowledge and agree that neither Mayne Attraction, nor its instructors/staff, shall bear any responsibility/liability for injury, illness, death, etc. that may result from participation in Mayne Attraction classes, performances, or related functions. Refund/Cancellation Statement Participants can use any purchased discounts/bundles toward paying for class fees. All classes are non-refundable. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class via phone call, text, or email. Classes cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged full price for the lesson. Class fees can be transferred to other classes if notice is given within 24 hours.
